Teach me how to carry what has not changed without letting it change who I am. Help me keep my faith soft and my hands open.

I am learning how much of endurance happens without witnesses. I am staying without being noticed, without being thanked, without being told it matters.

I am tired of choosing what is hard when no one is asking me to stay, when no one would blame me if I went. I am here because something in me has not let go yet.

What I Carry in Silence

Prayers for endurance in the quiet places of life

Releasing April 14, 2026

There are seasons when the hardest things are carried in silence. Not because they are secret, but because they have no audience. The woman going through it does not talk about it at dinner. She does not post about it. She prays about it quietly and keeps showing up.

What I Carry in Silence was written from inside that kind of season. Not from a place of arrival, but from the middle. From the silence, the waiting, the grief, the exhaustion, and the faith that refuses to let go even when nothing changes. These prayers do not offer advice. They do not promise breakthroughs. They do not tell you what you should be feeling.

They sit with you — quietly, honestly, faithfully — and offer words for the moments when your own words will not come. Each of the seven sections ends with a short closing prayer rooted in Scripture, because some days we do not have words of our own and we need something steady to lean on.
